Standoff Between BalticCollagen.us and General Public Results in Unruly Mudslinging

It has nearly been two years since the anti aging product line has been released in the United States. Baltic Collagen since then has generated an ascending interest among US consumers. However, not all consumers are reporting the same results. What explains this? The product line is currently distributed through two websites in the united states, and in the offices of selected aestheticians. Since the emergence of a subsidiary domain claiming to offer the authentic Baltic Collagen product has generated much negative publicity. One consumer states “The difference between the two distributors of this product line is that balticcollagen.us is offering a different product with no guarantee for the efficacy of the results obtained.”

Numerous other scam reports on Baltic Collagen detail several instances in which the personnel operating the domain balticcollagen.us promote their business by publishing knowingly falsified statements against their competitors and manipulating consumers into thinking that balticcollagen.us is the one and only “real” distributor of the product line.

The individuals operating the underground business at balticcollagen.us are also falsely identifying themselves as Best Life inc., a European corporation with which the owners of balticcollagen.us have no association with the board of directors.

Proliferating customer service complaints report that customer service is less than adequate. Whois results on the domain in question reveal that the owner is Marzena Wadzynska, a Polish Native, operating the website from Chicago, IL.

Gary Aldman with the Better Business Bureau reports that BalticCollagen.us has an F rating for not responding to customer complaints. His advice: Be extremely careful about entering your credit card information at this domain. Remember, there is very little oversight, so research the company first. A quick search on balticcollagen.us shows dozens of complaints.

Follow up scam reports on the skin care website, balticcollagen.us document numerous cases of copyright infringement against the website owners, Marzena Wadzynska and an individual identifying themselves as Isabelle. Follow up reports are being conducted on this developing story.
