Meeting for the drinking fountain company

Two Days ago I went out of the office for a couple of hours to go to an important business meeting about the company going forward and reducing costs. The place we were going to was in London and we set out at 9 in the morning. We got to north London, by the Wembley football ground in about an hour and a half. This was a record time for me to get into this part of London from the office base in Birmingham. It usually takes, depending on the traffic situation around about 2 hours. Or if I go on the train it takes even longer, because there is no direct train to there, so I have to get two trains which means waiting around half way. Lengthening my journey time which is rather annoying at times, especially when the trains get delayed, this means an even longer wait. Anyway, the business meeting we were going to was to talk about the possibility of getting the cardboard boxes that we use to send out all different types of drinking fountain, cheaper. We were hoping to cut down the company’s costs and make more profit on that side of the business. When we got into the meeting the man we had gone to see starting talking about the possibility of becoming more environmentally friendly. By using recycled cardboard for the boxes. Now this would be a good advert for the company however these boxes were more expensive than your standard cardboard box. So the decision we had to make was to cut costs or to raise costs??
