In the current economic situation we are in, not everyone can maintain a job. The superiors are looking for someone to make the slightest mistake, so that they can have their head, while the workers are extra careful with their work, to keep off all competition. Some people who loose their jobs are not unskilled, they just don’t have the luck of maintaining their jobs. Don’t lie to yourself that because you are a graduate, you will not ever have to endure loosing a job. You may come to the realization that cost cutting comes with the top executives being set free so that the company can survive. Down sizing is a common feature that gets most people off guard. Some were doing their best, while others were lazing around, yet all of them feel that they deserved better. The problem with this group of people is that they never want to move on after the fact. They don’t learn when the payments will start and in the long run, they loose out on what they could have gotten for sustenance. When you loose your job, don’t start building on by-gones, learn the way to survive with what you have with you. Sometimes its just a minor set back that you refuse to acknowledge and so end up loosing even the little gain you would have made.
